Build, work or study together
Finding work-friendly cafes is one challenge of remote work. We quickly realised there were other challenges that aren't so easily solved alone. Our weekly coworking sessions grew out of those challenges. Cafe coworking is for any remote worker (freelancer, student, digital nomad, founder, business owner, creative, indie hacker) who wants someone to share a coffee with during a midday break.

We became founders of a UX design studio at the beginning of the year. Not wanting to pay $$$ for a desk at a coworking space, we started asking cafe owners if we could work from their cafes during their off-peak hours. Along the way, we met other remote workers who were asking if we could have those same conversations with cafes in their neighbourhoods. WorkFromCafé is built around those conversations.
It usually takes trial and error to find the right spot. So why not make it easier for you too? With details confirmed directly by the owners, we hope this website saves you some of that guesswork. Maybe you'll discover a new place to work from, and a new local spot to support along the way.
